Silicone-coated fiberglass cloth
Silicone-coated fiberglass cloth is made of fine fiberglass with excellent high-temperature and corrosion resistance. It is coated and rolled with silicone rubber, forming a brand-new product with outstanding performance and versatile applications. It is widely used in aviation, chemical industries, power generation systems, machinery, and metallurgy (e.g., non-metallic expansion joints).
The cloth can withstand long-term service temperatures of up to 250°C, with a working pressure of 300 kPa. It can also endure 280°C for 16 hours and has excellent weather resistance.
Single-side silicone-coated cloth is primarily used for the outer layer of soft compensator fabrics.
Double-side silicone-coated cloth serves as the insulating layer.
Flame-retardant silicone rubber is suitable for fireproof applications but should not be used in environments containing SiO2 smoke or vapor.
Types of Silicone-Fiberglass Fabrics:
Silicone-Coated Fiberglass: Fiberglass fabric coated with silicone rubber on one or both sides. This type offers excellent heat resistance and flexibility.
Silicone-Impregnated Fiberglass: Fiberglass fabric impregnated with silicone, providing enhanced strength and thermal stability.
Reinforced Silicone Fiberglass: Combines additional layers or materials for extra strength and durability, often used in heavy-duty applications.

Fire blankets, welding blankets, fire mats, welding screens, and fiberglass tapes can be shipped in 1-3 days if in stock. Custom orders take 15-20 days, and large quantities may require over 35 days. Insulation covers usually require customization and take 25-30 days.

A6: T/T or L/C at sight. A 30% deposit is required to start production, with the balance paid before shipment.

A7: Rolled fabrics: Typically packed in inner film bags + woven bags (or cartons) + export pallets. Some customers request insert paper.
